| Purchasing Information Deposit Information We accept deposits on all of our puppies as follows: Hold Deposit 25% deposit holds the puppy you have selected: 1. If you choose to leave your puppy with us for a reasonable period of time . Your deposit is non-refundable if at any time you choose not to take the puppy, for any reason. 2. If your puppy is not ready and we elect to hold it until we deem it ready to go home and you choose to back out of the contract , that is refundable. 50% deposit is required 1. When you are not able to pick up your puppy for more than a week. that is non refundable, if you choose to back out of contract for any reason. 2. If you would like us to hold your puppy for more than 2 weeks, a nominal fee of $5.00 a day will be charged, starting on day 15. This is to cover food, shots , vet visit, or what ever else your puppy may need during it's stay. Puppy Return A 30% restocking will be applied to any puppy returned with 48 hours of taking it home for any reason other than medical. If you choose another puppy and renege on the original puppy chosen a 20% will be applied to that as well. Delivery I will on occasion deliver a puppy, when I do the delivery charge is never less than $40. Payment We accept the following forms of payment: 1. Cash, Checks (with 2 forms of ID), Certified Check or Money Order. 2. Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Debit Card(with 2 forms of ID), no second party creditcards, card holder must be present. 7% sales tax is charged on the purchase price of the puppy. NO EXCEPTIONS There will be a returned check fee of $30. Seller reserves the right to sell or not sell a puppy to anyone for any reason, even if there is a deposit on the puppy (if that is the case, the deposit is refunded in full) . |
