| Purchasing Information We accept deposits on all of our puppies as follows: Deposit Contract Purchasing a puppy is an important decision and should not be entered into lightly. Along with a puppy come responsibilities. I do not sell puppies to people under the age of 21. Make sure you can have a dog where you live as there is a restocking fee of 35%. Puppies are sold on a first come first serve basis, unless you have had prior contact with me. The needs of my puppies come first. Please be honest in all your dealings as it can void this contract or I will tack on any extra charge when you pick up your puppy. Please be fair. 1. 25% of the base price of the puppy holds your puppy for one week. 30% if you need more time. Deposit is not refundable, for any reason. There are exceptions @ Christmas (see below). 2. If your puppy is not ready and we elect to hold it until we deem it ready to go home and you choose to back out of the contract , that is refundable. 3. Puppies NEVER EVER leave the premises except with me until the puppy is paid for in full. 4. You will be given a copy of the sale contract along with this contract. 5. Christmas. I will hold a puppy from Thanksgiving until Christmas the following applies: A. 40% if holding until anytime after Dec. 15th a flat fee of $35 boarding. B. 30% if holding until Dec 15th. with a flat fee of $ 25 boarding. 6. Cash, credit or debit only, NO PERSONAL CHECKS. NO second party credit cards. The optimum time for taking a is early in the day if you can and on weekends when everyone is home to care and play with your new puppy. I think of the puppy first always. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Restocking: Think before you purchase a puppy. There is a 35% restocking charge. Puppies $375 and under there is NO refund. If for any reason you need to return your puppy within 72 hours with the exception of a medical reason, after 72 hours there will be a 50% restocking. _________________________________________________________ I will on occasion deliver a puppy, when I do the delivery charge is never less than $60. Payment We accept the following forms of payment: 1. Cash, NO Personal Checks, Certified Check or Money Order. 2. Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Debit Card(with 2 forms of ID), no second party creditcards, card holder must be present. 7% sales tax is charged on the purchase price of the puppy. NO EXCEPTIONS Seller reserves the right to sell or not sell a puppy to anyone for any reason, even if there is a deposit on the puppy (if that is the case, the deposit is refunded in full) . |
