The above named purchaser is the owner of record for this puppy and as such will be the responsible party for
veterinarian examinations, emergency care and the recipient of any warrantees or guarantees made for this puppy.
This contract is not transferable.
Purchaser has 72hrs to return the puppy for any reason, however a 35 % restocking fee applies, and will be
sold on consignment, when puppy specially priced 300 and under, then 50% restocking applies, and sold
on consignment. If brought back after 72 hours then 50% restocking applies,
This puppy has been inoculated and de-wormed and to the best of the seller’s knowledge is in good health. This puppy
is sold AS IS and the dog is healthy on the date of sale. This is not being sold as a show quality dog or a breeding
quality dog; it is being sold as a companion pet. Sale is subject to the following guarantees and conditions of sale:
1. WELL PUPPY VISIT: The purchaser agrees to have this puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of
purchase, at the purchaser’s expense.
2. GUARANTEE: Sale of Animals 13:45A ( SEE ATTACHED COPY OF OUR RIGHTS ) NJ Lemon Law
A. Length if time for contagious or infectious diseases is 14 days.
B. Length of time for hereditary diseases is 6 months.
3. Options for Purchaser if this puppy becomes sick or dies in the days allotted.
A. Return the dog for refund of purchase price, including taxes.
B. Exchange the puppy for another of equal value.
C. Keep and receive vet costs up to the purchase price.
4. Your warrantee is subject to the following non-contagious and or non-congenital exclusions:
A. Lack of care and feeding, can lead to hypoglycemia.
B. Litter separation anxiety (cries, avoids contact, and won’t eat –can lead to hypoglycemia)
C. Your puppy is injured in your care.
D. Your puppy is diagnosed with unexplainable lethargy.
E. Hypoglycemia (brought on by the lack of care and feeding, litter separation anxiety, or parasitic infection that is non-
specific.)
F. Allergic reaction to any medication, wormer, or vaccine that you’re Veterinarian has prescribed antibiotic include.
G. Non-adherence to the Veterinarian Special Instructions.
5. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for the puppy after leaving the premises except for the limited warrantee
above and as provided in the law, including all responsibility for medical expenses, fecal exam, well puppy visit, and
disagreement of the family, or any other reason. It is also further understood and agreed that no warrantee of
representation, actual or implied, has been mad except as set forth in writing above.
6. If for any reason other than the one's stated above you want to return your dog within the first 2 weeks then you will
pay a 20% restocking charge.

days from the date of the sale. MAKE COPIES OF YOUR REGISTRATION PAPERS, KEEP THEM IN A SAFE PLACE
AND REMEMBER WHERE THEY ARE. They may be irreplaceable if they are lost or damaged.
