| Welcome to Petite Puppy !!! At Petite Puppy we specialize in toy and miniature breeds. We are a family business. We watch our puppies from when they are born until they come home with us. Our breeders allow us to participate in the care of and to socialize with our babies from the very beginning. We get to know the sire and the dam very well, so as to provide you with information as to size and temperament. Our puppies are examined by two very highly regarded veterinarians, one in Pennsylvania, before we bring them home, and one in the Rutherford, NJ area. We want to be certain that their health is the best that it can be. Our puppies are never shipped to us, and we do not ship puppies. We visit with the breeder and pick them up ourselves. We never work with third party brokers. Our puppies are not crated all day long, they are out playing in play pens. We like to keep them with us for at least a week or in some cases with the smaller babies for as long as we think to insure that their transition has been a good one. Our mission is to provide you with an affordable, wonderful, and healthy pet. We do not claim to provide breeder or show quality puppies but that is not to say that we don't ever meet that criteria. We try to make the transition from us to you a happy and easy one. As you look through these pages you will see that we love what we do. The puppies here are all training, socialized and loved. We give them free floor time to play and run around. We get to know each and everyone of them. We attend to their individual needs. I have cried on more than one occasion when a certain few have gone home with their new families. To let you know how serious I take my work and my puppies, it is important that you think over very carefully having a pet. THIS IS NOT A STEP TO BE TAKEN LIGHTLY, I do not sell puppies to anyone under 21. It takes time, money and effort to raise a happy healthy pet, so if you aren't going to take care of them do not have one. If you purchase one and bring it back outside of what ever it is stated by law, you will be charged. I have been in business for 9 years, my prices have recently changed due to the struggling economy. We know what to do, without the help of a bailout. My breeders are aware, want to sell their puppies and get them into homes at a time when training would be the easiest. Everything else seems to have gone up, so I ask you to do your homework and check prices around, I know mine are good, simply by walking in the door you have negotiated the price. I know what the prices are out there, so if you find a place that has better prices and takes care of their puppies better and provides a better service buy your puppy there.
